Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

This is a full-time hybrid Graphic Designer role based in Kandy, with flexibility to work from home for part of the week. The Graphic Designer will create and refine visual assets for digital platforms, social media, marketing campaigns, and print materials while adhering to brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concepts, produce layouts, select typography and color palettes, and prepare files for production or web.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring design consistency across channels.
• Iterate designs based on feedback and stay up‑to‑date with design trends and tools.

Required profile

• Strong visual design skills covering layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Proficiency with industry‑standard design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Solid portfolio demonstrating relevant work for marketing, branding, or product projects.
• Effective communication, collaboration, and ability to incorporate constructive feedback.
• Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent practical experience.
