Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

The Senior Graphic Designer at هوريكا سبوت || Horeca Spot will lead the creation of visual concepts and designs for branding, marketing materials, packaging, and digital assets. This full‑time, on‑site role in Colombo collaborates with marketing and product teams to turn business objectives into clear visual solutions from concept to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Design logos and comprehensive brand identity systems.
• Develop layouts for print and digital marketing campaigns.
• Prepare artwork for production and ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.
• Review and refine design work produced by junior team members.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Stay up‑to‑date with current design trends and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Strong graphic design portfolio demonstrating high‑quality visual work across various media.
• Proven experience in a senior or lead design role, preferably within marketing, hospitality or retail environments.
• Excellent ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks and maintain attention to detail under pressure.
