Senior Finance Manager, Revenue Incentive Operations

About the role

Riskonnect is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead the design, implementation and ongoing administration of revenue incentive compensation plans. The role partners with sales, customer success and services teams to ensure accurate, timely payouts and alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and launch annual compensation plans, including onboarding of new hires and mid‑year changes.
• Administer plans, communicate details to business leaders, and provide variance analysis for budgeting.
• Calculate monthly commission accruals in NetSuite and produce full‑year expense forecasts for board reporting.
• Optimize and automate incentive processes to improve efficiency, accuracy and scalability.
• Manage approvals, reporting and payout execution, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor market trends and performance data to refine plans and maintain competitiveness.
• Collaborate with solution contractors to configure plan structures in Xactly/Zinkt and Salesforce.
• Analyze compensation data, identify trends and deliver data‑driven recommendations.
• Support training for Sales, Customer Success, Business Development, Pre‑Sales and Services teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 5+ years leading compensation plan administration (or 10+ years in management accounting/financial planning).
• Proven ability to lead a small team while remaining hands‑on in delivery and problem resolution.
• Experience automating complex finance workflows; familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and project‑management capabilities.
