Senior Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Senior Finance Manager to lead SAP B1 system controls, oversee audit engagements and drive the preparation of the Annual Report and Sustainability Report (SLFRS S1 & S2). The role also includes day‑to‑day finance operations, statutory compliance and team leadership across real‑estate and management corporation portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor SAP Business One controls and related financial processes.
• Lead internal and external audit engagements, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.
• Prepare and publish the Annual Report and Sustainability Report in line with SLFRS S1 & S2.
• Oversee daily finance operations, statutory filings and cash management.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to real‑estate and management corporation portfolios.
• Develop and mentor a finance team, fostering a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Professional qualification: CA (Sri Lanka), ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; MBA in Finance is a plus.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP Business One.
• Familiarity with SLFRS S1 & S2 or ESG/sustainability reporting frameworks is highly desirable.
