Senior Finance Executive – Hospitality & Tourism

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Finance Executive to support a leading diversified hospitality and leisure group. The role provides extensive exposure to financial operations, performance analysis, and strategic decision‑making across multiple business units in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance across all entities.
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports and variance analyses.
• Collaborate with operational teams to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop budgets, forecasts and periodic financial reports.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, statutory requirements and internal policies.
• Conduct financial reviews and assist internal audit activities.
• Assist with tax matters and ad‑hoc financial analysis.
• Contribute to process improvements and strengthen internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Professional qualification (CA, CIMA, ACCA) is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance functions.
• Prior exposure to hospitality, hotel, leisure or travel sector preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and internal controls.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel when required.
