About the role
We are looking for a Senior Executive to lead our Freight Sales and Marketing efforts in Colombo. The role focuses on driving business growth through effective freight solutions and customer relationship management.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in air and ocean freight.
- Manage existing client accounts and ensure high levels of service satisfaction.
- Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to develop competitive freight proposals.
- Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management or a related discipline.
- 3‑5 years of experience in freight forwarding, commercial operations or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of air freight, ocean freight and freight pricing structures.
