Senior Executive Warehouse

About the role

Wichy Plantation Company, Sri Lanka’s pioneering coconut‑based enterprise, is seeking a Senior Executive – Warehouse to lead its warehouse operations at the Wariyapola (Rambawewa) site. The role ensures smooth coordination of raw material and finished goods flow, maintaining high service standards and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate raw material, finished goods and warehouse operations.
• Supervise receiving, storage and dispatch in line with service standards and cost targets.
• Reconcile inventory through cycle counts with tight stock security.
• Ensure safety, quality, SOP and audit compliance.
• Prepare operational reports and support budget and cost control.

Required profile

• Diploma or professional qualification in warehousing, business administration or a related field.
• Proficiency with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is a strong plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics, preferably in FMCG.
• Very good IT literacy and MS Office skills.
• Team player with integrity and leadership capabilities.
• Detail‑focused problem‑solver who thrives with minimal supervision.
