Senior Executive – Rider Acquisition & Operations

About the role

The company is looking for a highly energetic and result‑oriented senior executive to lead rider recruitment, engagement and operational support for its delivery fleet. You will be responsible for building a reliable, motivated workforce across the island while ensuring compliance and performance excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment of full‑time and part‑time delivery riders through job portals, social media, referrals and walk‑in interviews.
• Conduct screening interviews, coordinate selection processes and facilitate onboarding, documentation and orientation.
• Act as primary point of contact for rider concerns, disciplinary matters and attendance issues in coordination with store management.
• Administer weekly/monthly rider incentive calculations, validate performance data and generate productivity, earnings and turnover reports.
• Monitor rider documentation, licenses, vehicle registrations and insurance to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Forecast rider requirements, track recruitment KPIs and collaborate with Operations and Store Managers to maintain adequate coverage.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Logistics, Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, operations, logistics, fleet management or HR.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel frequently across store locations.
