Senior Executive - Human Resources Projects

About the role

We are looking for a passionate individual to join our dynamic Human Resources team and contribute to exciting HR projects for a period of one year. The role is full‑time and will involve working closely with various business units.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment operations, including crafting detailed job descriptions, scheduling candidate interviews, and coordinating offer letters.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify recruitment needs, develop hiring plans and facilitate the selection process.
• Conduct comprehensive onboarding and induction sessions for all new joiners, ensuring they receive necessary information and resources for a smooth transition.

Required profile

• Graduate in Management or Human Resources, available to work full‑time, and possessing a strong academic background.
• 1‑2 years of experience in HR recruitment, demonstrating familiarity with talent acquisition processes.
• Excellent communication, networking and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with candidates and hiring managers.
