Senior Executive – HR Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, people‑centric HR Business Partner – Senior Executive to support day‑to‑day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities for a line of business. The role is ideal for early‑career HR professionals seeking hands‑on exposure across employee engagement, employee relations and business partnering.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first‑level HR point of contact for employees and people managers for routine HR queries.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, employee connects and pulse activities.
• Assist in handling employee relations cases, grievance documentation and follow‑ups under guidance.
• Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, processes and internal guidelines.
• Maintain HR trackers and provide HR support during late working hours (up to 10 PM, three days a week) as required by the business.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, Business HR or HRBP support role.
• Basic understanding of employee relations, HR policies and employee lifecycle processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn, take ownership and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work late hours up to 10 PM on three days a week and to work fully onsite.
