Senior Executive – Hotel Contracting

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Executive to lead inbound tour operations and manage hotel contracting. The role combines destination expertise, rate negotiation and supplier relationship management to ensure competitive hotel rates and smooth tour execution.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound tour arrangements from initial inquiry through completion.
• Coordinate with overseas agents, DMCs, hotels and other suppliers.
• Source, negotiate and maintain hotel rates, contracts, special offers and allotments.
• Update hotel contracts, room types, meal plans and booking conditions in the system.
• Monitor stop‑sales, blackout dates, promotions and rate changes.
• Manage hotel confirmations, amendments, cancellations and special requests.
• Prepare quotations and tour packages based on client requirements.
• Resolve hotel and supplier‑related issues promptly and ensure contracted rates are correctly loaded.
• Track supplier performance, response times and service quality.
• Identify new hotels for emerging destinations and negotiate new contracts.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Travel Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in inbound tourism, hotel contracting or tour operations.
• Strong knowledge of hotels, destinations and tourism suppliers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and coordinate with multiple teams.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Hybrid work mode, Monday‑Saturday schedule.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using tourism‑related reservation and contracting systems.
