Senior Executive – Finished Goods Warehouse

About the role

The Senior Executive – Finished Goods Warehouse will lead the efficient flow of finished goods in the Kilinochchi facility of MAS Holdings' Bodywear Value Stream. You will ensure that inventory, shipment preparation and daily warehouse operations meet the company’s standards and support the manufacturing unit’s business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain adherence to organizational standards, SOPs, Standardized Worksheets (STWs) and Leader Standard Work (LSW) for accurate inventory management.
• Conduct daily start‑up meetings to identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Develop and manage a weekly schedule for all Finished Goods Warehouse processes.
• Coordinate with Production to track shipment completions and flag any deviations to management.
• Oversee shipment preparation, liaise with transportation partners and ensure on‑time, high‑quality deliveries.
• Communicate early‑completed orders to Planning and Business teams to reduce excess Finished Goods stock.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse or logistics operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, shipment coordination and standard operating procedures.
• Ability to work collaboratively with production, planning and transportation teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
