Senior Executive – Digital Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Executive to develop, implement and monitor digital marketing strategies across Meta Ads and other key channels. You will create high‑quality visuals, optimise website SEO, support email campaigns and stay current with digital trends to maximise ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across Meta Ads and additional platforms.
• Create visual assets and marketing collateral that adhere to brand guidelines.
• Manage social media content creation, scheduling and audience engagement.
• Optimise website and content for SEO to improve organic reach.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid Meta Ads campaigns with precise targeting.
• Support email marketing and lead‑nurturing initiatives.
• Analyse campaign performance metrics and deliver actionable insights.
• Continuously monitor digital trends, tools and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management or graphic design (agency experience a plus).
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Creative mindset with keen attention to visual and written detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Canva or similar design tool proficiency.
• Hands‑on experience managing Meta Ads (audience targeting, optimisation, reporting).
• Solid understanding of SEO best practices and on‑page optimisation.
• Familiarity with WordPress, Mailchimp and CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of major digital marketing channels and current social media trends.
