Senior Executive - Digital Marketing

About the role

The hospitality client is looking for a Senior Executive to lead digital marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence and drive revenue. You will own end‑to‑end campaign execution, lead generation, and customer engagement across multiple online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch digital marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and promote services.
• Manage all social media platforms, including content planning, publishing, community interaction, lead generation, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate timely execution of digital campaigns, website updates, and related marketing activities.
• Drive lead generation and support improvements in lead‑to‑customer conversion rates.
• Monitor website performance and user experience, recommending enhancements to the customer journey.
• Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer insights to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with sales, reservations, internal teams, agencies, and external vendors to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, proposing innovative ideas.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, with CIM/SLIM qualification or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in digital or integrated marketing.
• Strong background in social media management, performance marketing, and digital campaign execution.
• Proven ability to generate leads and support conversion‑focused initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
