Senior Executive - Digital Marketing

About the role

Our client, a growing hospitality organization, is looking for a Senior Executive to lead digital marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence and drive revenue. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing end‑to‑end digital campaigns while collaborating closely with sales, reservations, and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and manage digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and promote services.
• Oversee all social media channels, handling content planning, publishing, community engagement, lead generation and performance tracking.
• Coordinate timely execution of digital campaigns, website updates and related marketing activities.
• Drive lead‑generation efforts and support improvements in lead‑to‑customer conversion rates.
• Monitor website performance and user experience, recommending enhancements to improve customer journeys.
• Track, analyse and report on campaign results, providing actionable insights for optimisation.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and gather customer insights to inform strategy.
• Align marketing initiatives with revenue goals by working with sales and reservations teams.
• Manage relationships with internal teams, agencies and external vendors to ensure successful campaign delivery.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools and best practices, proposing innovative ideas.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, with CIM/SLIM qualification or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in digital or integrated marketing.
• Strong background in social media management, performance marketing and digital campaign execution.
• Proven ability to generate leads and support conversion‑focused initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
