Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Recruitment (Security Officers)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic, well‑connected and result‑oriented professional to take ownership of recruiting Security Officers for LOKX Security Services.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for Security Officers.
• Plan and execute field recruitment campaigns to meet monthly manpower targets.
• Source candidates via personal networks, referrals, community contacts, government institutions and other effective channels.
• Interview, screen and select suitable candidates.
• Conduct inductions and onboarding for new recruits.
• Collaborate with the Operations Team to deploy trained personnel according to client requirements.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for urgent and ongoing vacancies.
• Track recruitment, training and deployment records and provide regular progress updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a recognized HR qualification.
• Practical experience in high‑volume, frontline or field‑based recruitment.
• Previous experience recruiting Security Officers or working in a security services company is a strong advantage.
• Strong personal network for sourcing security personnel.
• Experience as a Visiting Officer, Field Officer, Operations Officer or Security Recruitment Officer is a distinct advantage.
• Ex‑Armed Forces or Police background with recruitment, training or manpower deployment experience is encouraged.
