Senior Executive – ACR Managed Services

About the role

The role supports end‑to‑end finance processes, regulatory compliance, management reporting and stakeholder engagement for international clients, working closely with overseas teams. It is based in EY’s Colombo office and operates on UK business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting and finance operations for international clients
• Prepare management reports, reconciliations and financial analyses
• Support month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end close processes
• Liaise directly with overseas clients through one‑to‑one meetings
• Assist with compliance‑related activities and identify process improvement opportunities
• Contribute to engagement management and client deliverables
• Take ownership of client deadlines and deliver solutions proactively

Required profile

• Finalist – CA Sri Lanka, CIMA, ACCA or CMA qualification
• 3–4 years of accounting experience
• Willingness to work UK business hours (1 pm‑9 pm)
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work under pressure with a proactive attitude
