Senior Engineer – Enterprise Solutions Engineering

About the role

Dialog Axiata PLC is seeking a senior engineer to lead the design, implementation and integration of enterprise networking and cloud solutions for its customers. The role provides technical leadership across the full solution lifecycle, from requirements discovery to operational handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design of secure, scalable, resilient enterprise network solutions that meet customer business and technical requirements.
• Develop end‑to‑end architectures covering LAN, WAN, enterprise Wi‑Fi, SD‑WAN, cloud connectivity, VPN, MPLS, internet and network security technologies.
• Translate complex business needs into technical designs, bills of materials, implementation plans and service specifications.
• Provide technical leadership during implementation, migration, testing and commissioning of networking and cloud solutions.
• Oversee configuration and deployment of routers, switches, wireless infrastructure, SD‑WAN platforms, security appliances and cloud connectivity services.
• Conduct technical risk assessments, capacity planning, performance analysis and high‑availability design reviews.
• Act as a technical authority, reviewing and approving designs, diagrams and implementation documentation.
• Mentor junior engineers and facilitate knowledge‑sharing sessions to continuously improve solution quality and delivery efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise networking and cloud solution delivery.
• Strong ability to engage with enterprise customers, understand business objectives and translate them into technical solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership in guiding complex implementation projects from design through handover.
• Excellent communication skills for technical reviews, workshops and customer consultations.
