Senior ELV Design Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior ELV Design Engineer to lead the design of Extra Low Voltage systems for hospitality projects across the region. The role involves delivering advanced ELV solutions, preparing technical documentation, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design process for multiple projects, covering systems such as access control, CCTV, fire detection, emergency lighting, guest room automation, telephony, network infrastructure, AV, IPTV, and data centres.
• Produce all required design documents, calculations, and specifications while adhering to regional ELV standards and authority submission requirements.
• Participate in coordination and progress meetings with clients, consultants, architects, interior designers, and MEP engineers.
• Ensure the organization’s design standards are applied consistently and support the HOD, Project Manager or Director as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in ELV design on international hospitality projects.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Familiarity with hospitality technologies and regional ELV design standards.
• Proven track record in preparing technical reports, specifications, and client presentations.
• Experience working with international consultants.

• Expert-level AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows.
• Design of Access Control Systems.
• Video Surveillance (CCTV) design.
• Fire Detection and Alarm system design.
• Emergency/Exit Lighting design.
• Guest Room Automation.
• Telephony and network infrastructure (passive and active).
• AV infrastructure for meeting and banquet rooms, background/foreground music, IPTV.
