Senior Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead our social media channels, design and manage strategic campaigns, and boost brand visibility through organic social, SEO, and digital advertising.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn accounts.
• Lead digital campaigns from strategy and planning through execution and optimisation.
• Set up, target, budget, and optimise campaigns in Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ad Manager, and Google Ads.
• Conduct SEO research, optimise web and social content, and track performance with analytics tools.
• Analyse marketing performance, make data‑driven decisions and maximise ROI.
• Monitor competitor activity and identify new growth opportunities.
• Prepare and present marketing proposals, campaign reports, and performance summaries.
• Mentor junior team members and provide strategic guidance.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management or SEO, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong experience with emerging digital platforms and trends.
• Detail‑oriented, highly organised and results‑driven.
• Passionate about creating measurable impact and driving meaningful results.
• Motivated, curious and eager to learn new strategies.
• Collaborative team player who can also take initiative and guide others.
