About the role

The Senior Digital Marketing Executive is a full‑time, remote position responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that support Thrive360’s growth objectives. This role manages multichannel campaigns across web, social media, email, and paid channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies supporting growth objectives.
• Manage multichannel campaigns across web, social media, email, and paid channels.
• Oversee social media presence and coordinate content creation for web and social platforms.
• Monitor performance through analytics tools and report on campaign results.
• Collaborate with leadership and technical teams to translate complex infrastructure offerings into clear marketing narratives.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in marketing with experience planning and executing integrated digital campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for target audiences.
• Experience in B2B or tech/SaaS marketing, preferably infrastructure or DevOps products.
• Comfort working remotely, managing priorities independently and collaborating across distributed teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
