Senior Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

Our client, a leading exporter of spices and essential oils, is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to own the online brand presence and drive qualified enquiries from international buyers. This role focuses on converting digital visibility into real RFQs and export opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage performance marketing and paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, retargeting) with a focus on ROAS, CPL and qualified lead volume.
• Develop and execute an SEO strategy to rank for high‑intent commercial keywords.
• Own end‑to‑end Google Ads/PPC/SEM campaign management, from keyword strategy to budget optimisation.
• Improve website performance through conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and landing‑page enhancements.
• Design and run email marketing and lead‑nurturing programmes using marketing automation and CRM tools.
• Maintain a social media presence to boost brand visibility while keeping lead generation as the primary KPI.
• Track and report on Google Analytics, GA4 and Search Console metrics, covering lead source, CPL, conversion rate and ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in performance or digital marketing roles.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO and CRO.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics, GA4 and Search Console reporting.
• Experience with email marketing and marketing automation/CRM platforms.
• Exposure to B2B, export, FMCG or agency‑side campaign management is a plus.
• Commercially driven mindset focused on qualified leads and conversions.
