Senior DevOps Engineer – UK operation Hours

About the role

As a Senior DevOps Engineer you will work on high‑impact projects that enable seamless retail operations across more than 70 countries, collaborating with global teams to deliver reliable, automated cloud solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Automate provisioning and deployment of Development, Test, Pre‑Production and Production environments using Infrastructure‑as‑Code.
• Create and modify cloud infrastructure code for IaaS, SaaS and PaaS services.
• Design, maintain and govern CI/CD pipelines (YAML) with Git version control.
• Manage test environments, ensuring consistency and secure data handling.
• Implement monitoring, performance and volume testing for applications and services.
• Set up and maintain NuGet/npm repositories and web servers such as IIS and Node.js.
• Identify and automate repeatable departmental processes.
• Document high‑level and detailed cloud solutions and guide project teams on best practices.
• Apply DevSecOps principles and work with internal and external security auditors.
• Coordinate with developers, QA analysts and project managers on requirements and status updates.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in DevOps or cloud engineering.
• Strong understanding of automated infrastructure provisioning and CI/CD concepts.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commitment to security, compliance and best‑practice documentation.
