Senior DevOps Engineer – Talent Community (Sri Lanka)

About the role

We are building a talent community for senior DevOps engineers in Sri Lanka. As a future member of our team, you will help design, build and operate reliable CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure and container platforms that support high‑performance, mission‑critical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that enable frequent, reliable releases.
• Automate infrastructure and environment provisioning using Infrastructure‑as‑Code principles.
• Improve system reliability through monitoring, alerting and incident‑response automation.
• Standardise DevOps workflows for application teams and reduce manual effort.
• Troubleshoot deployment, infrastructure and runtime issues across environments.
• Automate operational tasks across the application lifecycle (build, deploy, scale, recover).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Linux systems and the ability to troubleshoot system‑level issues.
• Proven experience designing, maintaining and debugging CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools such as Terraform and configuration management tools like Ansible.
• Solid background with Docker containers and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Practical experience on cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and working knowledge of SQL for operational queries.
• Experience with monitoring, alerting and logging solutions.
