Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to drive automation, CI/CD pipeline implementation and integration across our systems. The role involves collaborating with development and operations teams to ensure reliable delivery and support of our applications while adhering to ADL DevOps culture.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, SonarQube, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor system performance, conduct troubleshooting and provide L3 support to meet SLA targets.
• Participate in system integration testing and apply DevSecOps practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and produce technical documentation.
• Assist L1/L2 teams in incident management and contribute to various SDLC stages as needed.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Telecommunication, Computer Science, IT or related field, or equivalent with 2+ years of DevOps experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, teamwork and communication skills.
• Good understanding of systems, networking and software fundamentals.

Required skills

• CI/CD tooling: Jenkins, SonarQube, Git/SCM.
• Container orchestration: Kubernetes, Docker.
• Monitoring & logging: Prometheus, Grafana.
• Scripting/Automation: Bash, Ansible, Python, Terraform.
• Programming languages: Java, Angular, React, PHP.
• UNIX‑based operating systems and DBMS administration.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevSecOps concepts.
