Senior DevOps Engineer – Cloud Automation

About the role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join LSEG’s Technology Transformation Office (TTO) within the Application Services Division. You will help drive the adoption of standard DevOps toolsets and design cloud‑native architecture patterns that enable our capital‑markets services to run reliably at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production deployment.
• Design, build and maintain Infrastructure‑as‑Code templates and CI/CD pipelines using Terraform, Ansible and related tools.
• Develop and support automated testing, code scanning, secret management and deployment processes on AWS.
• Participate in proof‑of‑concepts, pilots and the definition of DevOps principles, policies and standards.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to agile, self‑managed teams, promoting a “you build it, you run it” culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience building cloud‑native solutions with Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong background in DevOps automation across a range of technologies.
• Ability to work in small, agile teams and share knowledge effectively.
