Senior Consultant – Project Manager / PMO

About the role

EY is looking for a Senior Consultant to join its Global Delivery Services Transformation Design & Execution team. You will help US‑based clients translate strategy into execution by establishing and running Transformation Management Offices (TMOs), Enterprise PMOs (EPMOs) or PMOs across functional domains such as Cybersecurity, Finance, Risk & Compliance and ERP.

Key responsibilities

• Design, set up and govern TMO/PMO/EPMO structures using EY’s proven framework and industry‑standard methodologies.
• Lead portfolio intake, prioritisation, budgeting, scheduling, risk & issue management and benefits realisation across multiple workstreams.
• Configure and integrate tooling such as Planview/Clarity, Jira, Azure DevOps and MS Project, and build data‑driven dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and embed compliance standards (SOX, SOC, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR/CCPA).
• Produce executive‑ready reporting, KPI definitions, SteerCo packs, roadmaps and playbooks while supporting client growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Systems, Engineering, Economics or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 4‑7 years of experience delivering large‑scale programs in consulting or industry, with hands‑on exposure to at least one functional domain (Cyber, Finance, Risk, ERP).
• Minimum 1 year of client‑facing consulting experience and proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
• Flexibility to work hours that support collaboration with US teams.

Required skills

• Planview/Clarity (or equivalent SPM/PPM) and advanced Excel.
• Jira or Azure DevOps, MS Project/Primavera.
• Power BI or Tableau for dashboard creation.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow GRC/ITSM, Archer/OneTrust, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud ERP, Anaplan (optional).
