About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced and professionally qualified Chartered Architect to join our architectural practice in Colombo and take a senior role in leading architectural projects and the design team.
Required profile
- Professionally qualified Chartered Architect
- Minimum 10–12 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong experience in handling commercial, corporate, residential, and large-scale building projects
- Proven experience in leading architectural and project teams
- Excellent design, technical, and project coordination capabilities
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent client communication and presentation skills
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects and project priorities
