Senior Business Development Manager – End User Sales (Public Sector)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Business Development Manager to grow end‑user sales of laptops, desktops, workstations and related IT hardware solutions across corporate, government, education and institutional customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for end‑user computing solutions, targeting new corporate, enterprise, public sector and educational accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, solution presentation and quotation to negotiation and deal closure.
• Build and maintain relationships with IT managers, procurement and finance teams, and senior decision‑makers.
• Prepare commercial proposals, tender submissions and sales agreements, and coordinate with product, logistics and finance teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends and market demand, and maintain an accurate sales pipeline with regular forecasts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, IT or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of sales or business development experience, with a proven track record in the IT hardware industry.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring new corporate customers and managing large strategic accounts.
• Experience preparing commercial proposals and responding to tenders or RFQs.
• Strong understanding of corporate IT procurement processes and customer buying behaviour.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of the IT hardware market, including laptops, desktops and workstations.
• Familiarity with corporate IT procurement processes and tendering procedures.
