Senior Business Development Executive – Solar & Energy Solutions

About the role

Eco Solar Rays is seeking a motivated Senior Business Development Executive to expand its solar and energy storage portfolio across residential, commercial and industrial segments. You will drive new business, nurture client relationships and help customers transition to cleaner energy solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new opportunities in the solar and renewable energy market.
• Generate leads, conduct site visits, present proposals and close sales.
• Promote on‑grid, hybrid, off‑grid solar systems, battery storage, inverters and solar street lighting.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that meet customer energy needs.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and produce regular sales reports.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in solar, electrical or renewable energy.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Valid driving licence and own vehicle (advantageous).
• Relevant qualifications such as SLIM, CIM, business, marketing or engineering are welcomed.
