Senior Business Development Executive – Odoo

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Senior Business Development Executive to lead the growth of our Odoo ERP business in Sri Lanka. The role involves generating new opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and building lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Drive Odoo ERP sales and generate new business through prospecting, networking and partnerships.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.
• Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements and propose suitable Odoo solutions.
• Prepare proposals, deliver presentations, negotiate terms and close profitable deals.
• Develop relationships with key decision‑makers and identify upselling opportunities.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure accurate solution scoping and successful delivery.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B sales, business development or ERP software sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing high‑value deals.
• Experience engaging with senior management and decision‑makers.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT or related field; ERP/Odoo certifications are a plus.
