Senior Brand Strategist

About the role

Echelon Media, the publisher of the Echelon business magazine and EconomyNext.com, is seeking a Senior Brand Strategist to drive the growth of its Brand Studio. You will lead creative solutions for both client and internal projects while ensuring smooth delivery and high‑quality output.

Key responsibilities

• Ideate and develop creative solutions for client and internal projects.
• Grow the Echelon Brand Studio portfolio and maintain the sales funnel.
• Manage multiple content projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and meet expectations.
• Collaborate with editorial, design, production, and sales teams across platforms.
• Develop project timelines, track progress, and ensure effective stakeholder communication.
• Lead project scoping and establish efficient workflows.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for future initiatives.
• Ensure proper project close‑outs, documentation, and post‑delivery reviews.
• Support initiatives that strengthen the visibility and growth of the Brand Studio.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in brand strategy, client liaison, media, creative or digital agency environments.
• Strong project management and coordination abilities.
• Good understanding of creative, branding, and content production workflows.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple projects.
• Creative, proactive, detail‑oriented, and solution‑focused attitude.
