Senior Brand Marketing Executive – Product Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Brand Marketing Executive to lead product marketing initiatives within the FMCG sector. The role involves driving product awareness, supporting new product development, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful market launches.

Key responsibilities

• Support and execute product marketing strategies and launches from planning through market execution.
• Develop marketing initiatives to drive product awareness, customer engagement and adoption.
• Conduct consumer, market and competitor research and translate insights into actionable initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, Operations and other functions to coordinate go‑to‑market activities.
• Develop and execute brand and product communication campaigns across relevant channels.
• Monitor product and campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Brand Management or a related function.
• FMCG experience is highly preferred.
• Strong exposure to product launches, NPD, consumer insights, market research and campaign execution.
• Good understanding of consumer behaviour, market trends and competitive analysis.
• Analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional or academic qualification in Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
