Senior Banking Associate – Talent Development

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external training programs aligned with quality standards and competency needs.
• Arrange foreign training programs, manage nominations, logistics, and post‑training evaluation.
• Conduct AI‑enabled online assessments and video interviews following established procedures.
• Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and work with vendors to keep learning content up‑to‑date.
• Prepare and deliver MIS reports on training and talent development activities.
• Implement and maintain an e‑library of digital learning resources.
• Design electronic direct mails, e‑training calendars, quarterly e‑magazines, and other internal communications using digital tools.
• Travel to out‑station and suburban locations to oversee on‑site training and work beyond regular hours when needed.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Full or part‑professional qualification in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Strong coordination, stakeholder engagement, multitasking and prioritisation abilities.
• Analytical and reasoning skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; presentation skills are a plus.
