Senior Assurance GDS Analyst

About the role

EY is looking for a Senior Assurance professional to join its Global Delivery Services (GDS) team. You will act as the primary liaison between GDS and EY client‑serving assurance teams, ensuring high‑quality, timely deliverables for multinational clients across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead GDS engagements, coordinating associate‑level staff and overseeing the execution of audit tasks.
• Review work papers and ensure compliance with EY Global Audit Methodology (GAM) and quality standards.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations of engagements, including resource allocation, utilization monitoring, and budget tracking.
• Communicate effectively with global client teams, providing updates on workflow, risks, and performance.
• Maintain documentation that meets IFRS, US GAAP, US GAAS, and UK GAAP requirements.

Required profile

• Strong technical knowledge of international accounting and audit standards.
• Proven project‑management abilities with a focus on delivering on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide junior staff and interact with global teams.
