Senior Assurance Analyst – GDS

About the role

EY is looking for a Senior Assurance professional to join its Global Delivery Services (GDS) Assurance team. You will act as the primary liaison between GDS and EY client‑serving assurance teams, delivering high‑quality audit deliverables for multinational clients across financial services, manufacturing, technology and other sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead GDS engagements, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of audit work in line with EY Global Audit Methodology (GAM) and quality standards.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations of assigned engagements, including resource allocation, utilization monitoring and budget tracking.
• Review work performed by associate‑level staff and provide technical guidance on accounting standards.
• Coordinate with global client teams to interpret and apply IFRS, US GAAP, US GAAS, UK GAAP and other relevant standards.
• Maintain effective communication with both GDS and global assurance teams, establishing expectations and ensuring value delivery.

Required profile

• Strong technical knowledge of international and US accounting and auditing standards.
• Proven project management and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with global teams.
