Senior Assurance Analyst – GDS Core

About the role

EY is looking for a Senior Assurance professional to join its Global Delivery Services (GDS) Assurance team. You will act as the primary liaison between GDS and global client‑serving assurance teams, ensuring high‑quality, timely deliverables across a range of accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for tasks assigned by global assurance teams.
• Lead engagements from the GDS side, managing day‑to‑day operations and team performance.
• Ensure deliverables meet EY Global Audit Methodology (GAM) and quality standards.
• Allocate resources, monitor utilization, and track budget versus actuals.
• Review work performed by associate‑level staff and provide senior‑level oversight.
• Maintain productive relationships with both GDS and global teams, communicating expectations clearly.

Required profile

• Strong technical knowledge of accounting and auditing standards (IFRS, US GAAP, US GAAS, UK GAAP).
• Ability to interpret reviews and apply standards accurately.
• Excellent project management, communication, and leadership capabilities.
• Professionalism, clarity of communication, and a collaborative mindset.
