Senior Associate – FX Service Operations

About the role

The Senior Associate, FX Service Operations ensures stable and efficient operation of LSEG’s FX trading platforms across the global trading lifecycle. The role focuses on proactive monitoring, pre‑market readiness and early issue identification, working on a rotational shift to support 24/5 global coverage.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive system validations and pre‑market checks across multiple markets, systems and tools.
• Identify, flag and escalate issues, providing clear incident reporting to technology and support teams.
• Maintain, enhance and automate operational checks, driving process standardisation and efficiency.
• Produce weekly reports, dashboards and metrics to monitor operational support performance.
• Collaborate with Technology, Product and Client Services teams to improve platform resilience and service quality.

Required profile

• Experience in application support, operations or technical client service within financial services, preferably FX.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and ability to work in fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and ability to mentor junior team members.
