Senior Application Support Consultant – Distribution

About the role

Acumatica is seeking a Senior Application Support Consultant to work directly with partners and customers, ensuring high satisfaction through technical mentoring, coaching, and consulting. The role focuses on resolving issues, improving processes, and advocating for client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support to partners and customers, responding promptly within SLA objectives.
• Become highly proficient with Acumatica’s product suite and troubleshoot application‑related issues via phone, chat, and web meetings.
• Maintain positive, professional relationships with clients and act as their advocate.
• Analyze customers’ business and technical requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Deliver continuing education to clients on effective use of Acumatica products.
• Manage technical service requests and ensure timely resolution, escalating when necessary.
• Communicate proactively about product updates, supportability issues, and program information.

Required profile

• Strong background in application support for ERP or cloud‑based solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build client relationships.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a customer‑first mindset.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
