Senior Android Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Android Developer to design, build and ship native Android applications using Kotlin. You will work closely with product managers, designers and backend teams to deliver high‑quality, performant mobile solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and ship native Android apps in Kotlin.
• Build modern, responsive UI with Jetpack Compose and Android Jetpack libraries.
• Maintain clean, modular, and scalable architectures and own technical decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality software.
• Write clean, testable, maintainable code and perform code reviews.
• Mentor mid‑level and junior developers.
• Ensure performance, stability, security and maintainability standards.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, release automation and automated testing.
• Manage full release cycle including Google Play distribution and post‑release monitoring.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Kotlin and Android ecosystem and bring improvements to the team.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Kotlin and native Android development.
• Hands‑on experience with Jetpack Compose and modern Android architecture components.
• Solid understanding of Clean Architecture, MVI, MVVM and modular architecture.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Proficiency with Kotlin coroutines, Flow, dependency injection and offline‑capable apps.
• Experience with Git‑based workflows and Agile environments.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, proactive mindset and clear communication.
