Senior Administrator – Security Analysis - SIEM

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Administrator to lead security event monitoring, analysis, and response using SIEM platforms. The role ensures compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements while mitigating threats across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and respond to security events with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, ArcSight, QRadar) to detect and mitigate threats.
• Provide advanced technical support for escalated incidents, conduct root‑cause analysis, and implement robust solutions.
• Lead knowledge‑management initiatives, update documentation, develop best practices, and deliver training for new team members.
• Coach and mentor security analysts, fostering continuous improvement and high performance.
• Resolve complex support tickets within SLAs, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to minimize business risk.
• Drive customer satisfaction by achieving high first‑call resolution rates and proactively addressing potential threats.

Required profile

• 7–12 years of experience in security operations and incident management.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor analysts and to manage knowledge bases.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross‑team collaboration.
• Experience delivering technical training and participating in process‑improvement initiatives.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with SIEM tools such as Splunk, ArcSight, and QRadar.
• Familiarity with SOAR platforms for automating security workflows.
• Expertise in security event analysis and incident response.
• Implementation and troubleshooting of security solutions.
