Senior Administrator - Azure DevOps & Terraform

About the role

The Senior Administrator will provide technical support for Azure cloud environments, manage Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, troubleshoot complex incidents, and support AKS‑based workloads while ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Support and maintain Azure IaaS, PaaS, and AKS environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents using Terraform and Azure DevOps.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure secure and reliable operations.
• Maintain technical documentation and share knowledge with team members.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and SLA compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
• HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
