Senior Administrator - Azure DevOps & Terraform

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for Azure infrastructure and Terraform deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents while ensuring SLA compliance.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and implement preventive solutions.
• Manage and support Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) environments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain secure and reliable cloud operations.
• Contribute to knowledge management, process improvements, and mentor junior team members.
• Participate in incident management, operational reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Azure DevOps and Terraform (IaC).
• Hands‑on knowledge of Azure IaaS, PaaS, and AKS.
• Experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and root‑cause analysis.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field (preferred).
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
• HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate.
• Additional cloud platforms or automation technologies are an advantage.
