Senior Administrator – Azure DevOps & Terraform

About the role

HCLTech is looking for a Senior Administrator with deep expertise in Azure DevOps, Terraform, and Azure cloud services. The role focuses on delivering advanced technical support, automating infrastructure, and strengthening security across Azure environments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support using Terraform and Azure IaaS/PaaS to resolve complex incidents within SLA targets.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis for escalated issues and implement solutions for Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) environments.
• Maintain and enrich the knowledge base, and mentor junior analysts.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address support tickets, improve security posture, and ensure smooth operations.
• Enhance customer experience through effective first‑call resolution and proactive security mitigation.
• Participate in operational reviews, incident management, and process‑optimization initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience with Azure DevOps and Terraform.
• Strong knowledge of Azure IaaS, PaaS, and AKS.
• Proven experience in incident management and root‑cause analysis.
• Educational background in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate and HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate are highly valued.
