Senior Administrator - Azure DevOps

About the role

As a Senior Administrator specializing in Azure DevOps and Terraform, you will join HCLTech's Support & Operations team to provide advanced technical support for cloud infrastructure. You will be responsible for troubleshooting complex incidents, performing root‑cause analysis, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and security.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver advanced technical support using Terraform and Azure IaaS/PaaS to resolve incidents within agreed SLAs.
• Conduct thorough root‑cause analysis for escalated issues, especially in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) environments, and implement effective remediation.
• Maintain and enrich the knowledge base, and mentor junior analysts.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve tickets, strengthen security posture, and ensure seamless operations.
• Improve customer experience by achieving high first‑call resolution rates and proactively mitigating security threats.
• Participate in operational reviews, incident management, and process‑optimization initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong background in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform.
• Deep knowledge of Azure IaaS and PaaS services.
• Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) for container orchestration.
• Familiarity with incident management and root‑cause analysis methodologies.
• Educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
