Senior Administration Executive – Matara

About the role

SRP International is looking for a detail‑oriented Senior Administration Executive to support its corporate and secretarial functions in Matara. The role involves close interaction with clients, government bodies, banks and external service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative operations, maintain physical and digital filing systems.
• Draft professional correspondence, reports and business documents.
• Liaise with clients, authorities, banks and third‑party providers on operational matters.
• Prepare board and shareholder resolutions, meeting minutes and other corporate documents.
• Assist with company incorporations, statutory compliance, restructuring and corporate amendments.
• Coordinate director and shareholder updates and document changes.
• Review agreements to identify corporate responsibilities and compliance actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management or related field.
• Fully qualified Chartered Secretary (ICSA, ACIS or equivalent).
• 3‑5 years of experience in administration, company secretarial or corporate services.
• Strong written and spoken English, excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
