About the role

WishQue is seeking a dedicated Senior Account Executive to join its Finance team. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, supporting day‑to‑day accounting operations and ensuring timely reconciliations and reporting.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle daily accounting and finance activities, including invoice preparation, payments, receipts and journal entries.
  • Perform bank, supplier and customer reconciliations and support monthly closing.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable, and assist with payroll‑related accounting and statutory payments.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers and stakeholders on accounting matters and support audits.

Required profile

  • Part qualification in CA / CIMA or AAT.
  • 2‑3 years relevant experience (2 years for Account Executive, 2‑3 years for Senior Account Executive).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial procedures and statutory requirements (EPF, ETF, tax).

Required skills

  • QuickBooks (cloud) accounting software.
  • Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
