About the role

WishQue is seeking a detail‑oriented Account Executive to join its Finance team. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, supporting daily accounting operations, and ensuring timely reconciliations and reporting.

Key responsibilities

Handle day‑to‑day accounting and finance activities, including invoice preparation, payments, receipts and journal entries.
Perform bank, supplier and customer reconciliations and support monthly closing.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable, and assist with payroll‑related accounting and statutory payments.
Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers and stakeholders on accounting matters.
Assist with audits, financial reporting and compliance with accounting policies.

Required profile

Part qualification in CA, CIMA or AAT.
2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.

Required skills

Proficiency with QuickBooks (cloud) or similar accounting software.
Advanced MS Excel and general MS Office skills.
