Seller Engagement Executive – Commercial

About the role

The Seller Engagement Executive will support the execution of seller engagement programs and initiatives aimed at driving activity and retention on our marketplace platform. You will act as a key communication bridge between the platform and its sellers, helping them onboard, stay informed, and succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Support the rollout of seller engagement campaigns, webinars, workshops and community events.
• Communicate platform updates, policies, promotions and growth opportunities via email, calls, messages or online sessions.
• Assist new sellers with onboarding, tool usage, benefits and best practices.
• Respond to seller inquiries, provide accurate information and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain communication records, engagement trackers and activity reports.
• Monitor seller participation, flag at‑risk or inactive sellers to senior team members.
• Gather seller feedback and share insights with category, operations and product teams.
• Help create engagement content such as newsletters, guides, FAQs and announcements.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and seller support to ensure consistent communication.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Communications, E‑commerce or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; less than 1 year of experience in customer engagement, seller support, community management, digital marketing or e‑commerce operations.
• Strong interest in e‑commerce and online marketplaces.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; additional languages are a plus.
• Customer‑focused, empathetic and able to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
• Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
