Search Operations Specialist – General Operations

About the role

We are looking for a motivated individual to support day‑to‑day Search Operations on the Daraz e‑commerce platform. You will ensure that customers see the most relevant products when they search, maintain search‑related data, and help improve overall search quality.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor search results and verify that relevant products are displayed.
• Review and maintain product, keyword, and search‑related data.
• Identify search quality issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
• Support search optimisation initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
• Track search performance, generate basic reports and insights.
• Conduct regular checks to spot errors, gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Product, Marketing and Operations teams as needed.
• Ensure assigned operational tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business, IT, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working with data and digital platforms.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
• Strong organisational and time‑management capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced e‑commerce environment.
